Closer game since ref won't call it as tight (no foul troubles for either team).

Still, Lakers by 8.

Going up 2-0 would be huge but I won't panic if we don't. Boston seemed to give up in the 3rd quarter and only made that slight push in the 4th quarter. They'll definitely bring more energy in Game 2. If we do lose Game 2 though winning Game 3 is absolutely imperative. We can not afford to ever be down a game in this series. So yeah basically just win Game 2 so we don't have to worry about that

Must win in my book. I think we also pull this one out.

On another note Kobe is now 4-0 against the Celtics since 2009. LA swept them in 08-09 and probably would have done the same this season if Kobe played in the game at STAPLES.

Something tells me that our offense will be clicking in game two. Much better than game one. Defense may be on even, except Kobe won't play off Rondo as much to help Pau with KG. If this is the case I am going to predict bigger win margin... 17 sounds good.

Oh and a Mbenga sighting.

This time we gain a big lead and actually pull away. LO plays better and one of our bench guys will get hot (Sasha, Farmar or Shannon). I am guessing Sasha.

Game 2 is very important, cuz we AIN'T getting NO CALLS IN BOSTON

The refs won't call as many fouls allowing us to get into a flow. Lakers by a good amount.

If we can control defensively Ray Allen and the two PGs then Lakers will win easly. Pau will be under pressure against KG and Pau has to back it up what he said. Pau made life harder for himself the next three games by his comments. KG handle it very well though. I love Kobe to the Media response very time he was asked. He read their mind what they want to hear from Kobe and he disappoint them every time.

I don't care how the Lakers win as long as they do so. I predict either a close game (like Game 2 of last year's Finals) or a bigger blowout than the first game.

We play great defense in game 2, we win, if we have let downs on defense, then we could lose. Biggest difference from 08 and 10 is the Laker defense, keep the D tight again

I just don't see how those guys can out score us. They played terrible in game 1, but we didn't play our best. We played good but not our best. All the haters are saying, "Oh the refereeing took them out of their rythm" What rythm? They're not a rythm team. They have 1 rythm guy and I will concede that the refs destroyed him, but it was our team effort that kept everyone else in check. Even if those guys come out with some great effort on D they are still going to lose something like 90-85.
