David West is hurt...I really wouldn't be shocked if we have a meltdown and not play as good as we can...

I feel the same way. We should blow them out, but the fact that he's injured, combined with the possibility they might not meet us in the 1st round, could lead to a stinker by us. I'm hoping it doesn't, but a win is all that really matters to me, along with staying healthy.
Thanks for the sig, Jr. Kobe.

The first quarter will reveal if the Lakers play down to their competition or go for the kill. I hope they blow them out early, but there's a significant chance this could be another unnecessarily close game that requires heavy minutes from the starters. Either way I see the Lakers winning.

^ Sadly, with the Lakers play as of late, blowing them out early does not bode well. Need to stick the fork in early and keep it stabbed lol.

Spurs loss puts a lot more meaning on this game. Keep Landry and Ariza in check, and all will be ok. Paul will get his, and that is ok.

Early big leads aren't great for us, never have been. They inevitably lose focus and cough up leads if they go up big too soon. And with the way the second unit has been playing of late, no lead is safe with them.

Trap game. Still, I think we will win this. And if we do... I almost feel sorry for NOH because Memphis is right behind them at this point.

I think we win this going away. Losing D West will come into play tonight. He usually kills us and is the primary reason we have had issues with them in the past.

As usual: I like when Pau and Artest are scoring and Bynum is playing D and rebounding.
