I'm happy we won. But I felt that we won this series when we won game 4, so tonight seemed kinda boring.

Game 5 was basically like watching 3 hours of credits after the movie is already over.

After our game 3 win, I was thinking the Lakers will take the championship on my b'day cause I know Phil stressed to put away teams. And low and behold, they won it on my b'day. That is the greatest present of all.

I cried, this was perfect. after years of Smush and Kwame we finally made it back. Sadly this will be our first parade without Chick, I think he would have been proud.

What a way to end the season, a year ago seeing this team lose the NBA Finals and to see them bounce back and win it this year makes it real special. I'm so happy for Kobe, now all those haters will have to shut up about Kobe being only able to win with Shaq. This one is special and this championship is for Chick Hearns. Go Lakers and thanks for making this a memorable season!

Geez i wish i was in LA last night. I went around san antonio last night and saw a couple people with their flags and honkin at each other but nothing big. At BWW we got kind of crazy though.

me too in Canada. Hasn't sunk in yet either. It felt a little anti-climatic especially winning it in Orlando with no purple and gold streamers falling on the Court. But either way, we can all enjoy it and the wild ride it was this year.

It still hasn't sunk in for me either...after the parade tommorow I'm certainly gunna have my Laker withdrawals during the summer.
