Didn't you hear, according to new CBA rules you have to either get Bynum to the floor or punch him in the face to actually foul him, special rules because he's so good and a Laker.

Correct, if he makes the shot it is not a foul, if he misses, a call is allowed to be made, but still only at the refs whim..er discretion.
