Great win, hard fought game on the road, big games from Kobe, Nash, Jamison and Meek, and Dwight fought through foul trouble in the end to be a factor on D and the boards out there, hit 3 of 4 free throws in the 4th when we needed points.

such a big win.....Dallas will play the Rockets twice within 10 days and they have to win literally both to have even a chance. We absolutely couldn't give Dallas more breathing room especially with the Denver game tomorrow which will be an automatic loss.

Well, another tough win. And on the road. Beat two teams that were ahead of them not too long ago. Now they can eye that 8th spot. Gotta keep winning. Some tough ones coming up.

Now we will win in Denver too. Just need to keep Dwight out of foul trouble.

Kobe had some stupid TOs especially in the 4th but played an exceptional game overall...

Loved it that Kobe embraced Dwight a little after his interview with ABC :jam2:

I thought the travel call was BS...if they are ognna call that, LeBron would average 10 TO's. I didnt' like that call, but besides that, Kobe made the right plays. I especially loved his pass to Nash for the HUGE 3.

This was a HUGE win for us though....I see that our team is playing with a renewed sense of urgency. I think like others have said, we just need to keep winning. I know we said something like 21-9 and we are in...but really, i think the Lakers mindset right now is that they don't even wanna lose 5 games the rest of the way. Even though I think theyw ill go something like 18-8 the rest of the way, if they get on a roll, meaning, if they BEAT denver tomorrow (another huge game), I can see a winning streak coming on from this team. I've always said this team just needs ONE huge winning streak and they are in the playoffs. a 7 to 8 game winning streak would put us back in the playoffs in my opinion.

2 games won by Kobe in a row.

I wanna hear stupid Skip Bayless saying that the Lakers lose because Kobe shoots too much.

We are 11 for the last 14 games. Excellent record if not starting to play 3 weeks before the all star break.

Anyway, this defence is horrendous and it seems that we have players flopping big time every single game. We can't find a normal rhythm and consistency.

Against Portland it was Nash, today it was Metta and Howard, tomorrow it will be god knows who.

Well, this end of season will not be good for cardiac patients.

If they beat Denver tomorrow, then I'm a believer. They're playing much better than a few weeks ago. But can they win a road game against a quality opponent? Denver is tough in their house. Second best home record to SA.

This was a much needed win, I hope we can continue to play hard, we need to make it to the playoffs.

Didn't watch the game today. I'm glad we won.

Judging by the stat sheet, it's looking like Dwight is back to his TO prone ways again.
