Not without Drew.

Lol, that Barkley quote is gold. So true, messed up, & somewhat funny.Massacre wrote:The analysts weigh in ...

Barkley also believes an NBA title will be difficult if Bynum is unable to play.
"I don't think they can win this thing without Bynum," he said. "They could. I would make them a prohibitive favorite if they had Bynum. They're one of the favorites without him."
Barkley said Bynum's development and the Pau Gasol trade are the keys to the Lakers' successful season.
"Remember when we stole everything from the Indians?" he said. "That's what it was like when the Lakers got Gasol for nobody."
Apologies if this has been posted - I found the comments interesting for the most part.
Rocky Mountain News: Nuggets coach George Karl doesn't expect forward Nene, who missed the final six regular- season games because of a groin strain, to play in Game 1.
"George tells you. He knows my situation," said Nene, who isn't sure about Game 2.
At least Nene was encouraged with returning to practice Thursday and Friday, saying, "I feel better." Nene, who missed 2 1/2 months in the middle of the season because of testicular cancer, said that with a smile.
"I'm tired of crying too much," he said.
If Nene is inactive for Game 1, he likely would be replaced by swingman Bobby Jones. Jones said he suffered a minor ankle sprain this week but it wouldn't keep him from playing.

1) depends how big the lead is
2) depends if the starters has shown Phil what he wants to see. If there is a blowout, he could use some of that time to work on areas of concern to prepare them for the next 3-4 games against the Nuggets.

I know, but a change of scenery was nice. I hope we meet them in the WCF and sweep them too!GG wrote:KGB wrote:FINALLY were not facing those damn suns anymore. Lets kick this post season off with a bang and set the tone with a blowout.
