Basic formula for reffing Kobe: One missed call + Kobe = a free throw and possession for the opposing team.

Really, an obvious difference in these two teams is the ability and amount of perimeter shooters. Denver is stacked with sharpshooters and we have Kobe. If we don't dominate on the inside, clear advantage to Denver.
