18 more shots by the Kings.... that's not good.... at all....

Jamison with a nice demonstration of his 4 inch vertical.

There's been some long stretches where he almost never got the ball, resulting in few opportunities for assists. If the Lakers want to win the title they will need Nash to have a lot more assists than what's happening tonight.

Also, the Lakers are getting blocked like crazy and the Kings have outworked them to finish the quarter on a 9-0 run :bang:

You know, you can say it's only preseason, but I don't care. This is worrying. If they do turn it around when the reg season starts, I will happily eat my crow.

While I never really care about preseason, we better win this one. I want Dwight to get that W tonight.

@LakersReporter: Nash (ankle) just got re-taped in the locker room & is available to return if Mike Brown so chooses. He's fine.

I know Jamison's shot hasn't looked good and such but I thought we brought him in to anchor our 2nd line, not just be another passive piece to it. He just does not look aggressive at all.

QFT. Jamison and Meeks have been utterly disappointing, not nearly the scorer and defender respectively as advertised. The starters will need to log a lot of minutes if they want to earn the #1 seed in the West.

Here we go again.

3d quarter jacking it up.

Outscored by 13 with our starters playing most of it.

This is getting ridiculous.

Yeah, they said it was a minor tweak.

We got lucky on this one...

Our bench has been horrible this preseason, hopefully it's because it's just preseason. If not we'll be relying too much of our starters in the regular season and that wouldn't be good for the playoffs.

I agree. He was always very productive. It's hard to say why he looks so passive now.

How many times do I have to say this guys, it takes time...Heat started 8-9 and hopefully we won't start that bad but it does take time, its a process...frustrating but it does take time.

well its a give and take. Sure we all want Nash to have the ball at all times, but in doing so means more wear and tire on him physically. That's why personally I'm fine with what we're doing and letting him rest a little.

Nash doesn't have to handle the ball or should have to handle it as much. He's a smart enough guy to ask for it more if need be. Plus, I'm sure Kobe will make sure Nash gets more touches if need be.

It wasn't just the bench though. The starters were running some godawful offense that I just don't understand.
