LOL our defense is so bad. But I'm not surprised Jamison/Pau are locking it down in the paint.

It's incredible how the foolishness can be contagious. Pau's been easily the best palyer in this game and people keep vomiting senseless stuff against him

Nice attack of the rim Kobe
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

When people complain about Kobe not passing I say..... Look at the team when he has the ball: They don't move at all.

So Kobe is shooting worse than I do today and the past several games have been noticeably worse than most of the games this season where he had been shooting a career best fg%, I guess the obvious question is... what's going on? Last couple of seasons he'd become increasingly 'streaky' which was attributed to injuries mostly and when he came in looking healthier this season it seemed like "hey, look at that, now that he's feeling good, he's actually shooting well consistently again, who knew!". But lately he's looked terrible again, where he'll shoot ~30% for most of the game and maybe have a 4-4 stretch late.

How can a professional team look like they have just met each other 10 minutes before the game?

Defense? He's scored 17 big points and grabbed 4 huge boards, he's done his job as a star starter, as he keeps harping on it there seems to be only one side to basketball.

Everyone is now looking at Kobe, who is shooting 25%... they are getting rid of the ball, like it was a hand grenade or something.
