I love when Marshall penetrates like that. Huge open shot for Meeks.

When you look at our PG numbers:

0/4/6 and
6/0/2

you'd think they are having a bad game, but they are doing exactly what needs to be done.

Ha ha Ireland is right, sleeve jerseys not hurting Meeks at all. I guess it only bothers you if your shot is broken to begin with.

Revenge of the D-Leaguers :jam2: There's still a 4th Q. Hope they don't realize how over their head they are playing. They could actually win.

His shooting form is really great, and people think he's not athletic, but in fact... he jumps high and is very fast. He simply does not play the "athletic game" most of the time, and he has bad handles. But he's pretty athletic when you look at him closely.

The problem is: we'll have to look at him, Basemore, and perhaps a FA to back up Kobe... it's going to be tough. X and Young will play the 3 for sure, we'd be crazy to let them go, if they are not too expensive.

Yeah Meek is athletic in most cases. You dont see it because his lack of handles, short arms, and he cant jump off one leg.

Wow, we're destroying one of the top 3 teams in the league. Pretty impressive when our guys show that passion for the game and use their speed and athleticism. They can run against anyone. The problems are:

1. we play almost no D and
2. We don't have a star (or stars) and are therefore inconsistent.

Oh, absolutely. You remember that video of Sasha shooting blindfolded and with huge rubber gloves on? He still made his FTs. If you are a good shooter, you just need confidence, that's all. Great shooters are not bothered by trivial things, such as sleeves etc.

I don't know exactly what's going to happen next year, but if everything goes well -- we'll have the best bench in the league. These young guys are fantastic. They just need to be on a team that has star power and some real leadership. A coach who can stress some D would help too.

Why don't these guys play like this every game? It's only when they feel motivated. D'Anphony has no control over it.

Their offense fuels their defense. When the shots fall, this team plays defense.
