And.. officially the first 5 game losing streak in Kobe's career.
"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." - Michael Jordan

nothing from that call is going to happen...the same type call has been called against us time and time again (luke over the back v. phoenix stands out to me) and as long as its against us the league has no problem with it

NBA Fastbreak just highlights the game.. and how strange, no mention or footage of the play that cost us that game. Media spin. I hate it!! :mad1:

Sonics played without 3 of thear best 4 players plus thear staring center and still managed to win the game in LA vs the Lakers who were desperate to win. Give those guys credit. Thay deserved to win.

I think Hamblen should have put Mihm and Kobe in way sooner in the 4th because Grant was tired and everyone was scoring on him. Chucky missed way too many open shots. We missed too many free throws. I didn't like Cook being in the end of the game because he is such a defensive liability. We really should have won this one. I guess Odom was destined to get injured. The NBA Gods didn't want us to win this game. :man5:

Damn, Kobe loses five straight for the first time.

"We made a good run at them, but it came down to a couple of situations where we didn't get that big stop," Bryant said.

Remember that one game last year... it was Lakers @ Denver with Rush hitting the gamewinner?

Anyway the ref got suspended for making a bad call that turned the tide of the game. What about this ref in tonight's game?

[quote]If it's mathematically possible, then it's possible," Bryant said. "You never know. We can get hot. But it all starts on the defensive end. We've got to focus on locking people down."

Easier said then done sorry Kobe its over
