haha...Rudy loves Walton, Kobe loves Walton, Rush loves Walton, every Laker loves Walton. He is probably one of the fans top 4 favorite Lakers. Even is Vegas, he has a following. If the Lakers cut him, I would expect that Mitch would be beheaded. Luke is still the better player.
i agree if mitch ever cut luke id do da be heading myself WHOS WITH MEEEEEEE??????? :jam2:

Well, I knew that's what he was going to bring. But I can't toot my own horn all that much. There are definitely some positive surprises on this club.

Jumaine Jones has not only impressed me (he's played better than what I thought), but he's made a strong enough case to play ahead of Walton & George. Walton's injury drops him in the depth chart. There's no reason why Jones shouldn't play.

Tierre Brown has been very productive in short stretches. I just hope it isn't Pargo syndrome, where you shoot lights out in pre-season and brick a lot in the regular season.

Cook has to get some PT this year, the way his pre-season went, I'd also let him split time with Slava or even take his spot! Slava has shown to be an offensive guy, but Cook shows that too. Cook plays GREAT help defense, and frankly, I'll take a defender over a non-defender any day of the week. I think Slava is a better rebounder though (i can't believe i just said that).

I, frankly, am just as excited this year as last... just to see what's going to come out of this. Kupchak could look like a genius after this season, or what everyone else expects (outside laker kingdom); failure.

It always sounds like theyre booing, but theyre saying Luuuuke.

I didn't watch the game, but after seeing your comments, I might say that this is probably the best Pre season game yet. Cuz bench really chipped in. :)

He loves running and passing, he is just as good in the up temp, fast break style as he is in the half court.

Slava laughed at the suggestion his skills might be affected by the down time. "Are you kidding?" he said. "Basketball is like ball. It's all a circle."

The box scores are being compiled right now. Give it some time.

It is sick that Yahoo live boxscores works for Clipps Hornets and sucks for Laker games! :man2: :man2:

Man the margin was a 12 and they let it drop to 8. :man2: the refs. The Lakers clearly outplayed the Suns and yet they only won by 8. I hate the new rules. Free throws slow the game down and make it boring. The thing we need is less fouls.
