I feel so bad for Kobe, he really didnt deserve this....i sad before game that I dont care about this team at all and I dont but to see Kobe with these idiots on the same team is really though......maybe he can retire now not to be shame about this one

Too bad the Buss's have too much pride to admit the mistake and hire Phil. Its going to be interesting to see if they want to eat another coach's contract and hire a legit one. Or will they just stick it out and watch the playoffs from their living rooms the next few years?

That just might happen. This could be the last year we see Kobe. Can't help but salute this guy's professionalism. He came in as a Laker and went out the same.

Since the playoffs are out this year, and probably next year, maybe Kobe can just keep on shooting and try to get the all time scoring title before he retires. That would actually be a good consolation for not making the playoffs.

Another tough close loss. Unless this team goes through some miraculous changes I don't see how they can compete for a title. Hell, currently we're not even in the playoff picture. I'm not completely losing faith in this team as there is still some time (not much) to get things together, but with every passing loss our hopes for a change become slimmer.

He's completely right, any excuses the Lakers give at this point are just that, excuses. And all of them are bs unless they say "well we don't like eachother or care that much" because that seems to be the real reason behind the losing. I wonder if TWC wants their money back.

If Kobe wanted Phil as his coach then the FO should never of hired MDA. Kobe is screwed for catching Jordan in rings, unless the FO can make a big trade for some MDA like players. As Magic said "We play stupid Basketball".
