He does look a lot better out there with the starters than with the 2nd unit. He has a better understanding of his role. Makes more of an impact on D. And doesn't shoot it every time he touches it. If he could stay out of foul trouble for an extended stretch of games, he'd be good.

Kobe looks pretty slow. I kind of thought after a summer of rest his body would move a bit faster than last year. He seems to have declined even more, athletically. He's the best though.
