that was a terrible overtime period. kobe took too long to make a play on that last sequence.

Don't forget that the only reason he went for the three was to just get this game over with. Why bother going to double overtime when you've got a game the next day (in preseason).

These things will happen even in the regular season... Kobe can't win them all.. Remember the Lakers are just in the process of jelling together..

Solid game by Mihm though.. I hope he averages a double-double this season :jam2:

Ya, I hope Kobe sits out(Rudy already said Lamar won't play back-to-backs in pre-season). Its the Clippers afterall and better to just let Kobe rest too.

Wasn't Lamar Odom playing SF all that time while Cook was in? That includes most of the fourth, and the full OT. I don't think it's that big a deal.

yes. just because it's preseason doesn't mean you just go out there and wing it. it's a good chance for them to practice setting up for a good shot in tight situations.

It was a good game they still are jelling.. So I dont expect too much in a preseason game they will be okay.. Odom just has to get with the flow and the turnovers they need to cut down on.. But its preseason and they will be fine
Officially done with ClubLakers. Its too much of a freaking circus for my taste. I wont ever be back and all of you can shove it.

the man i wanted trade Cook can shoot. Ugly but it goes in. Nice to have a 4 who can hit the 3. Other than him and Kobe no1 has shown up offensively. Kobe scored 30+ and the team still loses in the preason??wtf im not impressed

Kobe scores up to 35pts in 2 games and we lose(and a lot of articles tomorrow will be talking about this). I think Rudy T should remind him that there 4 other guys out there wearing purple and Gold. I think he should reduce both Kobe and Odom's mins tomorrow or they dont play at all. I know he wants the team to bond well before season start but they are just playing too much mins.

And why is Odom struggling? Is either he is tired which i hope Rudy T sits him for the next game or he is just struggling on this team. I know its preseason but Odom has to get on track and know his role before the season start.
With the way things are going i hope we win 30 games (just joking i am just angry thats why i said that)
