I'm sitting in Section 101, Row 5, Seat 3 & 4 (With my dad).

"Basketball reasons" is as believable coming from Mitch Kupchak as it was coming from David Stern. #IWantedPhil

I think this will be a big win, Shaq and the rest of the team is playing great and #34 will dominate Yao, and our defense is much better now. I just hope the team doesn't come out flat like they did against New Orleans! :man7: But if they are motivated and kill the Rockets like they did the Hornets, maybe I won't mind. :man10: I'm joking. Go Lakers! Beat those pesky Texans. :jam2:

There's no doubt this will be a close game, unless Shaq finally shows Yao who's the most dominate center in the NBA. With how the Lakers have been playing, this will be win #10 with more to come!

Glad to hear you're going to the game LD2K, wonder what you mean by you're not gonna be at STAPLES the whole time... :man3: Enjoy it, I went to the Orlando game with my girlfriend, and damn, was that an incredible thriller :man4: !

Go Lakers! Push for the #1 seed!

How many playoff teams in a row will the Lakers play?

Milwaukee
Sacremento
Minnesota
Utah
New Orleans
Houston

Seattle
San Antonio
Portland
Memphis
Sacremento

Golden State
Portland

All the bolded teams are in the playoffs, or very close to it...

Yao won't know what's going on. Malone will make the game a lot easier for Shaq. Yao won't be able to do as much with the two of them in the paint.

Shaq will outplay Yao. Kobe will have a big game.

Looks like Sacramento lost tonight against the Spurs... which means we're only 1 game behind the Kings, instead of being 1.5.

Makes it all the more important to keep our winning streak rolling.

for us to win Shaq has to come out and have a big game. We need at least 25+ points and 15+ rebounds from Shaq...4+ blocks would be nice too.

We play Friday too, so we need to blow the Rockets out early and get some rest.

We need to play some of that defense we played against the T-Wolves and Queens. Getting in the passing lanes, getting easy steals, shutting guys down, playing great team ball...we need all that.

I can't wait to see Malone on Yao, Malone will embarrass him. Whenever Yao tries to back Malone down, Malone will reach for the ball and knock it away every time...this will frustrate Yao a lot.

Shaq should be able to get Yao and Taylor into early foul trouble, if he can stay out of it himself.

I think Van Gundy will play Oakley a lot in this game. He will play him against Malone, trying to match his toughness and physical play. I would expect an extremely physical matchup between these two. I would even expect each to pick up a T while guarding each other.

Prediction: good game, closer than I would like, but we come out with a win.
