Hah.
Listen to stats. Phil Jackson coached teams are 47-1 when they have home court. He is UNDEFEATED after winning Game 1.
Win tomorrow, win the series. We have a motivated Kobe (who is playing arguably the BEST ball of his career) and an elite supporting cast. I'm not worried.
I'll never say that just because we win Game 1 we win the series because all of these streaks eventually are broken. But if we don't win Game 1 I'll be a little worried. For some reason the better team just seems to win Game 1. Even if we won Game 1 and lost Game 2 that would be better than losing Game 1 and winning Game 2 because basically you're in a must win situation and the team up 1-0 already stole home court.
“It was painful,” Lakers forward Pau Gasol(notes) said. “It is a feeling that I want to keep in my mind for every single minute that I’m out there playing them.”

Got my Magic road throwback on and my 15 time champion hat from last year on.. Meeting a buddy that's also a Laker fan there.. Wonder if we'll be the only ones with P&G gear up here in ex-Sonic land..

For one it doesn't matter, for two, if it did we'd have the momentum going into game 3.
