We could have played better, but we got the win. Of course the refs let KG get away with moving screens, but since LA is up big, why call them?

love that it was won on hustle and execution, not lucky shots by any role player. Something we can replicate every game, even more so if Odom decides to show up to the Finals ha ha ha

Pau Gasol ..... best big man in the game. Well earned, and well deserved.

What big man is better all around then gasol? Not howard. and certainly...not garnett.

I won't enter into the argument about the mvp, mostly because it's game 1, but i thought playing more minutes penalized, even more if you have to fight with the tallest guys all the game. Pau has 3 assist, 3 blocks, played good defense which is harder if you have to play heavy minutes without fouling, 40 straight minutes without a turnover, grabbing the same rebounds than the entire celtics frontcourt ( wallace, garnett, perkins, davis = 14 rebs ) ,...

Just that, it looks like there's no stamina.

About the padding stats, my guess is that if you take the last 3, 27-7-6 doesn't look that much better than 23-14-3-3

Wasn't Kobes best game.. 4th Q missed 5 attempts and made only one FG , that too the last sec 3 pointer..

Kobe needs to have better 4th Qs for us to win it all..

The Lakers relaxed and the lead was trimmed when Artest was out of the game. I'm not worried as long as our team is leading by a solid margin.
Thanks for the sig, Jr. Kobe.
