Thurs. 2/14 - Lakers vs Clippers - Predictions & Comments

for some reason i think we're gonna win, convincingly. one of those things that just doesn't make sense.

I think we matchup terribly with the Clippers, but hopefully they have dead legs from playing a running game against the Rockets the night before. That might be our only hope

its the second night of a B2B for the Clippers...but it was the second night of a B2B too as we got owned in Boston. Clippers are a young team so I don't expect them to lack energy against the Lakers.

This would be a huge win. Go into the all-star break feeling good about the team, plus the Rockets are probably gonna lose to the Clippers tomorrow without Harden, so we'd be getting a whole game on them. Please win!

We need this win. A win against a good team is what we need to motivate us more.

This is where our lack of size can really hurt us. We need a big game from Dwight. I think we can pull this out, but it will be tough...

Will we be seeing Kobe on CP3?

There are so many factors it makes my head spin. I need a drink. It's up to the individuals with numbers on their backs and Lakers logos to make the difference. Players have to rise up and make a difference. No other way.

This MIA-OKC game is going by really really slow. I am afraid that TNT won't start the Lakers game on TBS when it comes time. I really hope they do.

PREDICTION
The Clippers have taken both games against the Lakers this season. I don't see any reason to suppose that this game will go differently. The Lakers should keep it close though.

Chris Paul has averaged 24 and 14, while the Clippers bench has scored two to three-times as many points as the Lakers' bench has. Kobe has averaged 39 points in the two meetings. He will almost certainly play a very different game tonight. It's something worth keeping an eye on.

That would mean the Clippers play 3 games in a row. Isn't everyone off after tonight for ASB?

He doesn't ever need to be facilitator. He just needs to facilitate. Balance. If he plays with balance, we have a real good shot.
