Thurs. 3/10 - Lakers @ Heat - Predictions & Comments

Everyone needs to chill the **** out. Just have faith.

The Heat just had their best 1st quarter of gosh knows how long and were only down 3. Still, we need to pick up the pace.

Hopefully we clean things up like we did in the ATL game. Bron and Wade have been kept in check for the most part but their shooters are killing us.

of course their fkin role players come alive against us. Where the eff is our defense and why do we keep doubling Lebron 30 feet from the basket and leavin shooters open?! Now their stupid role players are all involved and feel confident. Exactly what we didn't want.

We're down 3 folks, not 20.

but he does it on defense with consistency on every 3 pt shooter and it's rarely effective. i guess i was just more mad miller made the shot.

The Heat are making their shots, and yet the game is basically a tie. We have 3 quarters left to step up our level of play, so I'm not concerned (yet).

They have 7 more shots and 5 more rebounds than we do....where's our big guys. On the positive side they also have 3 more fouls....and 5 less free throws.

We are getting out rebounded.

Shannon's close out was correct... If you can't get there in time to contest, that is the way you close out.

Neither team looks all that comfortable out there. Lakers having a little difficulty establishing their offense, Heat having difficulty defending without fouling. Heat three point shooting kept them alive in the 1st, but the Lakers free throw attempts kept them alive as well. Neither team is really getting much to go in the paint or mid-range. I think the second unit will be a major part of this game, hopefully Shannon and Blake hit their shots.
