This team still blows. Hard to have any respect for a team that has no fight or intensity in them. Especially against inferior teams. It's sad but maybe it's something in the LA air but teams in the past several years have all had this sickness and it befuddled me as to why they are like that.

We have no chance at the ring this year. I wouldn't mind an early first round exit to make it clear this team needs some major work.

If this is a series fail, I don't see him getting another ring. I would expect some serious fallout and major changes, which would be called rebuilding. I mean on a consistent basis.... we lose first and third quarters in most of our games. Closing quarter has been a problem for as long as I can remember as well.
