Game 1 of this series.

I mean on a consistent basis.... we lose first and third quarters in most of our games. Closing quarter has been a problem for as long as I can remember as well.

Oh, absolutely. Consistent effort from this team has eluded us since I can remember.

LOL Pau you have Harrington on you single coverage. And you pass out of it not once, but twice. :man10:

On a lighter note. Has anyone else noticed that Roos and Rush are posting on the same night? I have had some mildly serious considerations that there was a Clark Kent thing going on with those two. :man12:

You know I was thinking about it today, I don't know of a single team in recent history that has gone up 3-1 and then lost a closeout Game 5 at home. Seriously, I think we were the first team to do something so stupid in a VERY VERY long time.

This team remnds me of the lack of effort of last year. Last year was Pau. This year it's Pau and Bynum. These guys need to be cut. Get the payroll down to size, and bring in some fresh guys with some fire.

you do raise an interesting point. we were furious about it back then, but it turned out to be good preparation.

I've been mostly lurking these days, been busy and didn't really feel a desire to post considering how this season has unfolded. I did foolishly gain some hope that the Lakers just might be able to be a contender this season after they went up 3-1 on the Nuggets, but this loss is just such a meltdown I felt the need to drown my sorrow with the others here. :man6:
