MWP playing killer defense and Fisher not shooting. Perfect.

Good start. I like the defensive gameplan make anybody except Durant and Westbrook shoot.

If he's going to give you 100 percent effort only for 5 percent of the games he doesn't deserve anything more than the mini-MLE. We aren't paying him for 5 percent.

OKC is like us in the respect that they only have 3 player that can score...... everyone else is a role player.

Can't really argue against this. But I don't see how we'll get rid of him, since no one wants him.

I love our defense though because we're not letting them get that hot start they normally get.

Barnes on Durant isn't going to work I'm afraid....

man the refs are letting them get on kobe's elbow everytime he shoots it. not easy to make shots if the defender is touching your elbow, that should be 2 FTs

Kobe looks so much better when he shoots in rhythm.

On a side note, I don't like the decision to go with Barnes when Artest finally shows up to play, especially given that he has a tendency to give Durant headaches.

Our defense is holding them to 31FG% so far.

This is why trading for Beasley to be the spark off the bench, and trading for Sessions are moves I think can pay dividends.

A core of Kobe + a determined Pau + the emergence of Drew can still contend.

When they don't get transition buckets this is how they play for the most part.....

taking ron out after playing 8 great defensive minutes on durant isnt going to do well for him mentally. if hes playing well you praise him and let him play. he lives for defensive assignments bc even at his age hes still a top defender. mike brown...cmon man know your players

^^ much better for him if Brown plays him during crunch time.. Now it's just about rotations
