Thurs. 3/29 - Lakers vs Thunder - Predictions & Comments

I wouldn't say Sessions' D is bad...just that Bynum is progressively lazy at boxing out and playing rotation defense. Lakers have severe problems in getting defensive boards on several fronts: Pau has fumblefingers and gets soft when he's double teamed on the box out, McRoberts "pretends" to be a hustle player but rarely boards, Murphy has lost all boarding ability along with his athleticism and heart, and this team just doesn't give a shart anymore and it's showing in their intensity level. Then again, playing all this iso O would just about affect anyone's D, and when the shots aren't falling the defense suffers. But structurally, this team really has its weaknesses on its boards.

Technically it was after his fourth.

Nope.... I was talking about the offensive foul.... he went into passive mode after that.....

So frustrating to see how well this team played during the 1st. I KNEW it wouldn't last, but it sucks that I always hope

I thought the game was over when Westbrook hit that 3 to end the 3rd....

This just isn't our night...we've had SO many good looks inside in the 3rd and we just couldn't convert...and Kobe is missing shots IN THE LANE...he's not even taking long jumpers. I don't know what to make of this loss...

Pretty much exposes the Lakers as the mediocre team they are. They're not good enough to even make it past the second round. LOL @ anyone here who is delusional enough to believe that they're even contenders.

man this is painful to watch i am nearly going to tears. very disappointing and a reminder sorry for that , that we are no match for okc when not every player on lakers roster is bringing their a game.man okc is punishing us so far in the 2nd half :mad1:

This game and season is a loss. Brown has no clue how to manage a team. Horrible rotations and play calling.

lmfao

Westbrook is 9/20 that's 45%

Durant is 7/18 that's 38%.

Kobe is 5/17 that's 29%.

What's funny about that it's honestly not any better they're all shooting poor.

how come most of the criticism is against kobe when the OBVIOUS biggest problems of this half have been defense and rebounding? gave up 19 offensive rebounds, and let perkins and ibaka be offensive factors.

45 % and 38% are not better than 29%?
