This is why I feel this way.

Like I said, expect very big games by both of them.

didn't see the all star game, you gotta send me some of it online k?

I'm making a video on it right now...

YAY! Also, back on topic...

I do believe (like in every other game) that the Lakers will win this game... Even though Portland has fortified their team, we have fortified out chemistry and bonds... We just added another glob of Crazy Glue if you know what I mean... I think Kobe is doing this (talking about FA) to distract the media form his problems, but I think it is all good in Lakerland. Kobe and Shaq do love each other... It's true. Phil? He ain't going nowhere! We have to win this game... It's not a matter of want or should... we HAVE to win this game just to solidify our morale... If we do win, less picking on KObe, Shaq, Phil, etc. and better chemistry= Championship! Let's go gice it all we got Lakers! DO it for CHICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I predict the Lakers will win. Shaq and Kobe are back to full strength and will be motivated because the playoffs are close now. But at least one other player must step up big, whether it be GP, Slava, Rush, Grant, even Walton. The Blazers are much better now, but I think the team will be looking for revenge, since LA lost the last game in Portland. Then again, the Rockets were able to beat us twice this season, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. :man7:

Something to ponder:

http://www.oregonlive.com/sports/oregon ... 265461.xml

In the six games without Wallace this season -- four when Wallace sat out with a sprained left ankle and two since he was traded to Atlanta -- Randolph averaged 12.3 points and 8.8 rebounds while shooting 34.7 percent from the field. In the 45 games with Wallace, Randolph averaged 22.2 points, 11.2 rebounds and shot 49.6 percent.

it's back....

Payton/Stoudamire: Payton against the stoner. I think we should win this one. Payton will have a big game against Damon. Payton will run the Lakers tonight, which should be fun, since everyone will be ready to go and ready to win. Payton will use his size to his advantage, he will get easy shots over Damon and get good position in the paint over him. Gary is also faster, than this particular Blazer, so he can beat him to the basket and run the break without much opposition.

Kobe/Anderson: Kobe is getting closer and closer to the old Kobe the longer this season progresses. Kobe will not have a lot of problems against Anderson. Kobe will be able to stop him on the defensive end and get by him on the offensive end. Kobe shouldn't have a difficult time scoring on him, and shouldn't have to worry about be guarded by some great defensive player, unless the want to bring in the self proclaimed Kobe stopper off the bench, then Kobe will...score even more points. I think there will be a lot of give and go between Kobe and Shaq tonight, both will be looking for each other.

Fox/Shareef: this is one of the matchups that concerns me. Fox is a good defensive player, but he isn't 100% yet, and Shareef is having a great year. He will put up some very good numbers against Fox. He will outrebound him and score on him, at will. Shareef will also prevent Fox from having much of an offensive impact.

Slava/Zach: this is the only other matchup we have to worry about. Slava has been playing very poorly, since Shaq has returned. He hasn't found his place in the offense; all he does is shoot, leave his man open, and foul...he has to find some way to help us. Zach will kill him tonight, our only saving grace is that we will have Shaq to prevent Zach from getting to the basket. Zach will prevent Slava from having any sort of impact on tonight's game. Zach will get at least 20 & 10, and that should be with ease.

Shaq/Ratliff: Shaq will have a big game. He gained a lot of momentum from the All Star game, and should be able to ride this into June. Shaq will have a big game against the former Hawk. Shaq will have fun tonight and get a lot of touches. Kobe and Shaq will have a lot of passes to each other tonight. Expect a fun game, and a close one to the end. And we should be able to pull out a victory, thanks to Kobe and Shaq.
