ODOM NEEDS TO GET IN THERE AND REBOUND!

He's way too idle around the perimeter after the shot goes up.

There, Odom blows another rebound.

Kobe is DOING EXACTLY what I expect from him... he's 100% on the mark, all over Redd like white on rice!

Way to go kobe... it helps your development. There are times when Kobe laxes on defense and lets opposing 2 guards go off... like Allen or Mobley or Redd...

But thus far not tonight baby!

Great d kobe!!!

Great steal by Caron, too bad Chucky couldn't finish...

Anybody think Slava will get some significant playing time because Cook is sick and B.Grant just got put on the IR? I sure hope so.

Actually I think he's been rebounding quite well in this one.... Mihm is letting his guy rebound. And same with Van Horn... none of those guys are Odom's man.

Looks to me like Slava needs to come in.

This gives Kobe a good shooter to penetrate and pass to...and also gives us a guy who is capable of ripping boards down against Gadzuric.

Kobe got blocked off down the lane, so he used his one free hand to scoop shoot it in... it's hard to describe

That might not be a bad idea, especially considering the Bucks don't have a good PF that can torch Slava when he's on defense.

Exactly. And Slava is very capable of scoring 15-20 in this game. I know it sounds ridiculous...but he's been able to do it before, when Shaq was out...so if he had the minutes, he could do it and still shoot over 45-50%.

You know what I like? Everyone in the starting five already has 5+ points in the first quarter...wait, Odom with 4...but the ball distribution seems to be good.

Agreed. I'm actually happy its not a big lead but its a nice lead so far. We all know what happens to early big leads :man6: . That just seemed like a pretty easy going quarter. WE just need to rebound better
