man kobe is definantly back...hes not even 100% and he still carried us to a win....it was tight how he was the offense, and the whole team played awesome D to save the game

Gary got his self lit up tonight. Micheal Redd just worked him over. I am a Lakers fan, as true as they come, and that's why I've got to call it like I see it. Phil Jackson fell to sleep on this one defensively. I know he doesn't play the game himself, but it's his responsibility to hand out the defensive assignments. Coach should have switched Kobe and Payton early on in the game. Instead Redd just kept litting up Payton and then the whole damn team got confident and caught fire. If you notice, Redd only hit one or two baskets the rest of the game after Phil put Kobe on him.

I know Phil wants kobe disrupting the flow of the game defensively from the point of the opponents offense, but T.J. Ford isn't much of an offensive threat yet, and Redd has already established himself as a very good offensive player. That was a big mistake by Phil, but I'm glad we got through it, THANKS TO KOBE.

ALL YOU PEOPLE WANTING TO JUST LET HIM GO, YOU MUST BE CRAZY... ....................or STUPID.

why would u put 6'8 kobe on 5'11 tj ford and 6'4 payton on 6'6 redd? i jus dont see his logic!!! let tha SGs guard tha SGs and let tha PGs gaurd tha PGs!! dont try to mix and match!! phil needs to do a betterjob on defensive assignments i dont like seein kobe guardin tha point guards...especially when kobe is not 100% yet ....

Shaquille O'Neal Could not make a free throw, until it mattered. Looked sluggish until it mattered. Played great defense down the stretch. Needs to make his free throws (at least 60 percent)

Gary Payton Got lite up by Redd, but really got nasty in the fourth. It's really nice to have him on the team, when it matters.

One last thing about the Bucks game.......

...the Bucks have possibly played their best ball so far and possibly the best of the year this coming season. The way they played, they would have easily beaten the Spurs, Kings, Mavs, T-Wolves, and anybody else in the league............except the Lakers. That's how good we are right now...and we haven't reach our top potential yet as a team. We will be very scary this year.
