Here's a recap thanks to Butcher at LT...
Lakers Boxscore
there are lies, damn lies and statistics
lotto numbers: 8-34-3-11-20
Kobe Bryant He's Back! I don't know what to say anymore, always makes the big shots. Did Everything tonight.
31 points, 10-22 fg, 2-4 arc, 9-10 ft, 7 reb, 8 ast, 2 blk, 1 stl, 0 TO and he played 40 minutes
Shaquille O'Neal Could not make a free throw, until it mattered. Looked sluggish until it mattered. Played great defense down the stretch. Needs to make his free throws (at least 60 percent)
23 points, 9-15 fg, 5-13 ft, 14 reb, 1 ast, 3 blk, 1 TO and he played 39 minutes
Gary Payton Got lite up by Redd, but really got nasty in the fourth. It's really nice to have him on the team, when it matters.
19 points, 7-15 fg, 1-5 arc, 4-4 ft, 3 reb, 5 ast, 1 stl, 4 TO and he played 35 minutes
Karl Malone Looked short on his shots, but came up big when it mattered. Really wants to win, I like that- I'll take 11 and 11 anyday.
11 points, 4-15 fg, 3-6 ft, 11 reb, 5 ast, 2 stl, 1 TO and he played 36 minutes
Devean George Another very good game. He made the open shot, he hustled and he rebounded the ball. He's perfect playing off of Big Four so well.
11 points, 4-6 fg, 2-4 arc, 1-2 ft, 7 reb, 2 ast, 1 stl, 2 TO and he played 33 minutes
Derek Fisher Double Figures, but missed more than he made. Wasn't out there when it mattered and I like that. No offense to Derek, but he's no GP. Playing very well off the bench.
10 points, 3-7 fg, 2-4 arc, 2-2 ft, 1 reb, 2 ast, 2 stl and he played 21 minutes
Horace Grant Horace is actually 87 years of age.
1 point, 0-3 fg, 1-2 ft, 3 reb, 1 ast and he played 14 minutes
Kareem Rush Made a three, but otherwise was terrible- unless fouling people is good?
3 points, 1-2 fg, 1-2 arc, 0-2 ft and he played 8 minutes
Luke Walton Made a shot, had a turnover. He's better out there than some other Lakers. I hate his father (could anyone be more annoying or more over dramatic than papa?)
2 points, 1-1 fg, 1 TO and he played 7 minutes
Bryon Russell Made a shot, but didn't do much else, except turn the ball over.
2 points, 1-1 fg, 2 reb, 1 ast, 1 TO and he played 7 minutes
Jannero Pargo Gunner DNPCD
Stanislav Medvedenko DNP (still hurt)
Rick Fox IL (foot)
Brian Cook IL (finger)
Jamal Sampson DNP ( I have no idea, I think he's on the IL)
