Usually an easy win but Boston won in Minny Seattle and some big games. For us there is no easy game and without Kobe MAGIC we get killed in every aspect of the game. Everything depends on Kobes night. If its a good one W and if not L.

I dont think so GP will be motivated because we screwed him over.. I think GP will have a big game.. And Boston are no pushovers.. They hung tough with the Kings they beat Seattle twice.. They beat Minny Indy hung tough against the Heat this year.. No gimmes with the Lakers dont underestimate GP I think GP will own Chucky!

DID YOU KNOW?
LA WAS 0-17 IN 6 MINUTES KOBE HAS BEEN ON THE BENCH Pretty sad if you ask me. Our bench produced 2 bleepin points :man2: Our bench was outscored 50-2 against Utah. These are stats that make a win impossible but Kobe

You do remember that Boston gave us Chucky, Mihm, and Jones for GP right?

There's a reason for that.

Atkins 13.7 pts 4.5 ast 2.8 reb 0.9 stl 43% FG 37% 3pt
Payton 12.2 pts 6.2 ast 3.0 reb 1.2 stl 46% FG 32% 3pt.

Atkins takes and makes more three's, and that's why he's averaging more points, but other than that the Lakers still need a PG (not saying GP is it, but nobody will confuse Atkins with Payton, even at his age).

Don't forget the D. Chucky is giving up 19.8 points, 10.2 ast, 5.1 reb, on 49% shooting (per 48 minutes). Payton is giving up 17.9, 9.0, 4.3 on the same 49% shooting. That may not seem like a ton but it's at least 5 points per game the Lakers could use, on the defensive end.

Counting the offensive end, while Chucky is being outscored by 2.2 ppg, Payton is outscoring opponents by 0.5 points.

It sucks when its all under his shoulders. Says alot about this team in terms of stepping up when the Captain is down or not playing well. I just hope the TEAM shows up to play. We know Kobe is always ready to do whatever it takes, it's the rest of the team that remain to have question marks on their heads.

No prolem at all for the Lakers on this one. A huge win.

Kobe most likely will score 30+.

Final: 109-93

I think the Lakers and Celtics will come down to the wire. Whichever supporting cast can do more, will win the game. Both teams look evenly matched.

I say Boston pulls it out 97-95.
With expectation comes responsibility. Respect is earned. When opportunity arises, preparation will calm nerves, inspire confidence, and help you to realize the moment. Where there is failure is a blueprint of how to improve. To fail to learn, even with talent, makes you ordinary. To learn from all experiences is to learn to become the best.

Yeah! I might agree on you.
On the other hand, if he tries to do it harder, I think the more he will get frustrated, the more he get frustrated the more errors that he will make, the more errors he makes, the more fastbreak points we get, the more points we get, the more chances for us to WIN this game.

So, Lakers by 5. 100-95. :jam2:

No way. Payton WANTS to make us pay but the Cancer CAN´T. I doubt he will do anything. I mean he could score 20 and we would still be able to win the game.
