Tue. 11/9 @ Hornets - Results Inside - Postgame comments

Hornets will own us on the glass, I think we might as well just accept that. Davis, Brown, Rodgers, Magloire, and Mr. Anderson can all rebound the ball very well.

But like it was said, Kobe is going to abuse David. He is taller, stronger, bigger, and better in every sense of the word. Expect a lot of post play from Kobe. Also, Brown will have problems guarding Odom. And they have no one to guard Caron

Lamar and Caron rebounded pretty well in their playoff series last year. Also I think they may use George Lynch on Kobe, I remember him guarding Kobe in the past. Either way if they did that would leave Wesley on Caron and he should be able to do damage inside.

You guys can rebound too? If the raptors can out rebound the pistons, i am sure the lakers can hold their ground against New Orleans. Magloire struggled the other day rebounding, i looked at the stat sheet, and he had 4 rebounds? what was with that?

Important Info:

Mihm vs Hornets.
LA Times: "I know a little bit of what to expect," Mihm said. "I played Jamal quite a bit in the Eastern Conference the last four years and he's a tough player. I know I'm going to have some good tests on this road trip."

Since Mihm has played against the former Eastern Conference team and frontcourt so much in the past 4 seasons, he should have a good feel for Jamal's game. I know I didn't think about that and am sure most here didn't either.
=============================================
Caron might not be play.

LA Times:Caron Butler is day-to-day after spraining an ankle Sunday against Atlanta.

"It's tender," said Butler. "We'll see what happens … with all the swelling. I'm going to try to be out there."

Also, this will be our first meeting against the former Laker assistant coach, Jim Cleamons.

I hope the lakers can pull it out but it just seems to me like we are a bad match-up with the Hornets. I mean they have a good frontcourt in PJ and Magloire, and thats a weak point on our side, then they have maybe the best PG in the league, our other problem area.....

Lets hope kobe has a great night and caron plays...!!!
