Lakers Prevail Down Stretch
Los Angeles and Utah battled deep into the fourth quarter, and Chucky Atkins' 3-pointer with 53 seconds to play put the Lakers ahead for good in their 102-95 win Tuesday. Kobe Bryant had his strongest showing since his return from injury, pouring in 40 points. Atkins scored 24.

Interesting but different teams
Officially done with ClubLakers. Its too much of a freaking circus for my taste. I wont ever be back and all of you can shove it.

Dont sleep on Utah!! I cant root for Utah Tuesday with them being my second team. But they killed us in Utah with Kobe and without they handled us and now AK-47 is back. Its gonna be a tough matchup and it will not be easy for us to win.. I cant say if we will win or not.. But it will be a tough matchup.. And their bench can fill it up too.. Telling you Utah wont be easy dont let the 16-33 record fool you

Utah seems to be that team that we just can't beat this year. It was the Bulls during the championship run, Utah this year.

Are you sure about this? I just checked a Stat website and they Pistons were 33-21 before the All-Star break. Also, it doesn't seem likely that they only lost 4 games after this point ( They finished the season 54-28).

Utah will score 100+. I´ve predicted that 6 times now and I´ve won six times but it wasn´t really difficult. WE WILL LOSE THIS ONE. Kirilenko will shut Kobe down and Boozer can push Odom every where and we know Harpring can abuse Butler.

That is kind what I think but I think LA can win.. But Utah has so many matchup problems for us.. I watched Utah most of this year and they are tough tough tough.. Lakers gotta win at all costs!!

Please let Brian Grant play more minutes. He's awesome. And he actually knows how to play defense.

its hard for me to vision a win but im keeping my fingers crossed, utah in my opinion is better then cavs they defeated SA and some other big teams so we should be quick to pick a win, although it would be very very very nice to end the season on a winning note, which is probebly what kobe is feeling and if he socred 26 on his first game back and he was 80% then i expect a show at the staples center!
