Lakers End Slump
Los Angeles outscored New York in the final three quarters Tuesday, winning 117-107 to halt an eight-game skid. Kobe Bryant tallied 32 points on 10-of-17 shooting from the field. Caron Butler added 26 points and Devean George scored 18. The Lakers host Minnesota on Thursday.

- Set a season-high in turnovers at 27 vs. Philly last game.
- They are on their season-high losing streak at 8.
- They are now dead last in turnovers per game.
- Are now five games below 500.
- Got boo'd off the court.
- Are done, stick a fork in them.

I'm calling it now...Loss. Marbury and Tim Thomas will light us up like a Christmas tree.

That's crazy talk, our point guard and small forward positions are our strongest defensive positions.

On a side note, I'm going to the game and believe it or not, I wanted tickets at the top of the arena. Yeah, I want to sit with the true fans and enjoy my team -- through thick and thin. Hopefully Lakers won't make it nine in a row...

There is NO reason to lose this game. It's a home game, the Knicks aren't much of a threat, and we are fending off the Clippers.

Somone show Kobe the standings. The Clippers are 1/2 game behind us. So long as we are better than them, there is nothing to be ashamed of.

Yeah I hope so as well, but this team has accepted losing as OK for the past few weeks so I don't see why they would change now.
