Wow, that's the loudest I've heard Staples since the playoffs.

That was worth watching the end of that game
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

It's kind of head scratching isn't it? To score to take them away is one thing, but to have the coach order the players to foul, never seen that before, kinda pathetic. Oh well, fun game, I enjoyed watching Drew abuse Okafor, he's already passed him and Okafor has been in the league for what feels like forever and hasn't improved.

And to think, there was actually a debate on who should be taken #1 in 04. Dwight or Okafor. :man10:

Did you see Chris Paul signaling from the bench to take a timeout after the freethrows so they could advance it and try to score?

Of course I saw it. Did you also see right when the Hornets in bounded the ball the coaching staff and players on the bench all stood up and was hoping they would score.

One of the most pathetic displays of poor sportsmanship ive seen in a while.

Your going to try your hardest to score 100 points.... yet you didnt show that effort all game? You want to compete for 100pts after being blasted all game?

Have some self respect. They should have showed that effort all game. Shameful. :disagree:

O come on, I think it's funny as hell and makes the game that much more interesting at the end of the game. :man10: If the other team is going to care more about stopping tacos then how they performed then that's their loss.

Props to Bynum. Bench stunk it up, again. Ammo was unlucky had some shots that looked good but didn't go in.

Sasha is pathetic these days. Get's no playing time and sucks when he finally gets in there..

Alright game easy win.

Phil's really trying some different lineups out there. I think he does it just to entertain himself so he doesn't get bored in these blowouts.

Tonight we saw the the Pau, Drew, LO frontcourt. We saw Farmar with the starters. We saw 10 minutes of Ammo. Fish and Shannon in the backcourt. He's really shuffling it a lot.

I do like the fact that he subs the bench in in waves (in the first 3 quarters). He's not just putting the bench + Drew in, cause that was just ugly.

He did say that tonight they were going to live or die by the bench. That if they lost the lead the starters weren't coming back. I guess hoping to put some pressure on them, give them some confidence, and hope to spark something. Not sure any of that happened, but there's only so much you can try with our 3rd string. Nothing has worked yet, so...

i cant imagine NO could feel too good about themselves today after regulating themselves to trying to deprive people of free tacos and STILL failing to reach that goal. Pretty sad...
