If we don't pick up our D, this series will be tied coming back home.

but ill take the W with trevor, lamar and shannon stepping up.

Even luke's output puts farmar and sasah to shame...combined.

If we manage to steal gm 3.... id be suprised.

we started incredible, but crapped the bed more then once. to win by 10 was fortunate.

he looked lost yet again out there. But he had some good blocks. It'll take time for him...

What about lamar this series thus far?

Talk about quiet thunder!

Lamar has been our ROCK.

Seriously, why even play Farmar? His confidence is shot, he makes poor decisions, doesn't defend, not hitting his shots. He should use his dumbo ears and fly away.

Farmar isn't who is killing this team right now at PG. It is Fisher. The guy has lost something in last 10 or 12 games. Brown plays much better than him. Farmar should be a nonfactor and not even see the court.

Gasol has had 2 good games in a row. If Gasol had played these two games like Bynum he would get killed on this and other Lakers boards.

Damn, tough, hard-fought win.. Woulda, coulda, shoulda been nice to win by 20 or so, but like Kobe said, Utah ain't your typical #8 seed.. These dudes can play ball, and besides, ANY playoff win is beautiful.. Would love to sweep it in Utah, but realistically I'm hoping we split there and finish it off Monday night in LA, but if they do happen to sweep I ain't gonna cry about it.. :man10:

Bynum didn't score well after the 1st quarter, but that was because of 2 things.

1) The Jazz started sending doubles. They were even leaving Pau to double Drew in the post. Drew even was able to find Pau off a double.

2) The Jazz started fouling him. Every time he caught the ball the Jazz swarmed him and smacked him whenever he made a move. I remember one time in the 2nd quarter when the Jazz picked up fouls twice in one possession trying to stop him. This kid is going to be a foul magnet if we keep going to him.

No kidding. Besides, Utah isn't a typical No. 8 seed. That is a dang good basketball team. LA is up 2-0

I must be spoiled because this game was frustrating to watch. We win by 10 and I'm not happy. :( I just don't understand why we keep blowing leads. The last two games we have a game plan of going inside to Pau and Bynum because of the Jazzs' lack of size. We then get a big lead using this game plan but when the second half starts. We completely go a different direction and start playing one on one basketball and start attempting more perimeter shots. I just don't get it why we consistently do this. :bang:

LO made 2 of 3 threepointers
Shannon Brown made 2 of 3 threepointers
Ariza made 3 of 3 threepointers.

we're not gonna shoot like that on the road. We need to win through Pau and Bynum.
