I think the Pistons will hang in there. Hopefully Rodney Stuckey returns from the calf spasm he had against the Dallas Mavericks with no ill -effects. To be honest, our point-guard play is so fantastic that I drool at Derek Fisher, Jordan Farmar, and Sasha Vujacic trying to guard these guys.
Ben Gordon: 22.4 ppg (leads team), 2.4 rpg, and 3.4 apg.
Rodney Stuckey: 17.1 ppg, 6.0 rpg (2nd in NBA guards), 3.9 apg, and 1.0 spg.
Will Bynum: 14.0 ppg, 3.4 rpg, and 4.2 apg (leads team).
I worry about how the Pistons will handle Ron Artest's size. Jerebko, our biggest wing defender, is giving up 30 pounds to him. If Artest is agressive with his shot, I don't see how the Pistons can guard him. If he locks up one of our guards (you will see all of them on the floor at the same time) I don't think that bodes well for the Pistons because they'll have all they can handle trying to shut down Kobe. He's going to be the difference-maker in this game.
With expectation comes responsibility. Respect is earned. When opportunity arises, preparation will calm nerves, inspire confidence, and help you to realize the moment. Where there is failure is a blueprint of how to improve. To fail to learn, even with talent, makes you ordinary. To learn from all experiences is to learn to become the best.www.facebook.com/loudaboutbasketball
