Dude... how could you expect any less?

He's the G.O.A.T.

phil jackson being interviewed said he asked kobe if he wanted to go back in at the 9 minute mark the 4th quarter and kobe said 'whatever youd like' and phil said 'well it is a 30 point game' and kobe said 'youre right' so kobe stayed out of the game.

phil actually offered kobe the chance to go back in which is kinda cool. good gesture.

Haha...joke right???

Check the play by play and compare them to my notes...they will match within +/- 5 seconds...

LO gave up 22 points...that's WITHOUT the whole 4th quarter accounted for...

Seeing as he only scored 7, I don't understand your contention...

Josh Howard. HA. If Kobe came to this board, this is what he'd post in response: " " Kobe always has good games against the Mavs. Howard or no Howard.

MJ never got 62 in 33 minutes. Not even close. :man12:

Or how about 9 straight threes and 12 in a game? hmm... not that either?

Wait a minute... What about a fall-away three to send the game into OT and then a falling down three to win the game once in OT? Nope... not that either...

I know! What about 42 in one half against the G.O.A.T. himself? Nope...

Quit riding jock fool.

People like you are the reason that Kobe catches so much hate :disagree:
Tell Kobe to shoot 50% from the field just 1 year and then he can holla at MJ, until then, calm down.

Look at this...

-shot 18/31
-4/10 from downtown
-22/25 from the line
-15 1st quarter points
-17 2nd quarter points
-30 3rd quarter points
-33 minutes

franchise record for most points in a quarter (30)

6th most points scored in a game by a Laker

most points scored by a Laker, since Wilt scored 66 on 2/9/1969

first NBA player to score 60+, since AI went for 60 last Feb.

Kobe's 6th game with 50+ points (something he hadn't done since 3/28/03)

I'm writing an article on tonight's experience.

Only paralleled by 2000 WCF's, game 7. I was at both games (here and there).

One game does not make a player, GOAT, but i think this game certifies kobe the best perimeter player in the game, and best all around player. 62 points in 3qtrs takes more than luck.

and Jordan aint no GOAT either so dont bring him into the argument, take off them jordans sneakers, put down that gaterade bottle, stop tryin to guess if MJ is wearin hanes boxers or breifs, and stop listining to amad rashad.

Did LO contribute defensively???

as much as i dislike LO's defense
give him a break..it's freakin dirk. he's going to drop 20 garanteed.

I feel ya...

Check out the scoring...it was multiple people...Cook guarded Dirk some...LO guarded Howard...

LO made some good Defensive moves and some of those I didn't get to document...but I think that I made my point about LO's lack of defense...he's not avg...he's well below avg, especially man-to-man...

I'd LOVE to say that it is due to him being a new father but that wouldn't be accurate...this is the same stuff I've seen from him for the past year and 1/2...

Kobe has his nights when he plays like str8 garbage on the defensive end but those are few and far between...he's normally above avg to stellar...

It's just the opposite with LO...he's a poor man defender who can't deny post position and can't reliably stay in front of a smaller man on the perimeter...

If he was putting up about the same numbers as he gave up, it would be a wash...but he RARELY breaks out for 20+ and he's non-existant unless you read his stats in the box score...

If I'm wrong, may God forgive me...but I see this stuff...it's on tape and I've documented it here as an example...

Please forgive a fellow fan and understand that I do this out of love for the Lakers, not a biased hate for LO...
Feel free to ignore anything I say...
