That was funny
Come on Realm, your Kobe-hate is seeping through there.

He just got stripped on his way up and lost the ball. Wouldn't call it a "nasty stuff". :man10:

It was though, it looked like K-Mart was playing around, swats him then just swipes it.

well we shouldn't fear them, but we should be ready for some tough games. from what ive seen tonight, if they can keep up their defensive intensity, then they'll be able to hang with the spurs and possibly beat them.

Lets hope he finds his rhythm in the next games! He was a great leader and made very smart desicions! Now we have to take this enthusiasm in the next game and Kill Utah and SA! If we start 3-0 we are going to be the team to beat! :jam2:

Impressive game overall. They got sloppy by the end with their big lead dwindled down to single digits but the W is the important part.

Kobe. What can I say. The man's leading by example. Only 4-13 from the field but managed to manufacture points from the FT line, just like what MJ used to do with the Bulls when he'll have a night off. And those blocks. First on Melo in the first half then Andre Miller gets owned on the way back after a turnover. And forget everybody calling him selfish. He got everybody involved today. 7 assists which is a game high total.

Chris Mihm surprised everyone and hopefully he can continue to give us double-doubles every night. Odom did well, but I expected more from him offense wise, but the rebounds surely did help. But I think we'll get a bunch of help from different players every night to accompany Kobe in carrying the offensive load.

The defense was impressive as well. I like how they all packed the lane and created turnovers, poor shots, which lead to those fastbreak points.

Anyway, on to Utah and hopefully they can keep it up.

Kobe 4 MVP!

Great game overall, lil scared towards the end as they allow the nuggets to run. But Mihm looked great, rebounding was solid as both Mihm and Odom kept the boards on their side. Kobe did struggled a bit but we know he will get into rhythem. brown needs to be a lil more safer in passing, he turned the ball over most of the time while in mid air. We didn't even used our real lineup and we played very well, I can't wait for next game.

Look at that eh? 7 assists for Kobe. The game high for assists in this game and yet people said he'll be selfish.

Yet the critics are wrong again.

Charles Barkley was asked by Ernie what were his thoughts on the leadership Kobe showed tonight: "He's like OJ Simpson now, he has to walk a straight line. So of course he's doing that stuff, this is a guy that ran off Phil and Shaq!"

Somehow I just knew that he would twist Kobe's performance into something negative. Sooner or later charles and everybody else who has something to say WILL give Kobe his due respect!

OJ Simpson?!? :mad1: :disagree:
