We are going to have ot figure out how to get Odom more involved and in the paint more. He is getting frustrated and we need to figure this problem out early, he is supposed to be our second option. Right now, Butler would start over him, based off this game.

Guys, this game really does not matter. These guys have never played together as a unit against another NBA team, yet they still managed to take a 14 point lead earlier. Once this team begins to click they will start to hold there leads and these fast breaks we are seeing will be twice as succesful. Don't forget the fact that the Seattle roster we are currently played has scarcely changed. They all know each other, they have the same coach, so it is just a continuation of last year. OBTW, we were missing Luke, Butler, Grant, George, Divac, and probably somone else I am forgetting. With our full roster out there I am sure we would have won. Just the fact ath we took a lead like 14 impresses me, especially with this team that has never played together and without all of our players.

You're right. Kobe got no help tonight and Rudy needs to figure out how to make it easier for the other players.

this game has made me think much better of the lakers really.

Mihm and Brown were very good surprises to me. Kobe did VERY well.

With the addition of their key players that arent playing right now, and some more defensive work, the lakers a formidable force.

yeah,we need others help Kobe,not just Kobe scores more,I don't hope we will be another Magic or 76ers....but I don't really understand why Kobe played for a long time in preseason game....

we lost,it is ok because this is a preseason game,however,we must know what is our problem today....

Before any of you guys flip out and turn into fairweather fans, remember that this is the Pre-Season and Rudy Tomjanovich just started teaching the Lakers the new offense only a couple weeks ago. Give it some time...

Well if you actually watched his game, he wasn't able to get in an effective position to play his natural game.
