We play good defense for the majority of the shot clock but then relax and give them easy looks as the clock winds down. On offense it's the opposite, we give up decent opportunities early in the shot clock and end up taking bad shots as the clock winds down.

This is seriously starting to annoy me too. It seems as if Shannon is purposely trying not to dunk just to make himself look more finesse and skilled with a fancy layups since he doesn't just want to be known as a dunker.

This is the kind of games that Kobe gets blamed for by boxscore watchers. He's gonna come out and try to will us back by all means necessary, which would include shots. Then, if we lose and his shot count is over some idiotic arbitrary amount (what is it these days, 20?) - those dumbarses will proclaim that the Lakers better off when he shoots less.
