I would have really loved it if this game was on Wednesday instead of Tuesday. We're traveling on Tuesday, so no chance. I'll be over at my parents with all of my realatives who are laker fans on Wednesday afternoon, so having the game on Wednesday night would have the perfect gift. :bang:

Interesting tussle this one. Not sure what to expect tbh. If we play our best the bulls have no chance. If the bulls play their best I still see them losing at the end after leading throughout. Depends on the mindset of the lakers tbh. In this game last season I think Gasol came back from a layoff and dominated. We banged them up early and never let up.

God I love my lakers. Nothings beats watching the laker yellow at staples or the great Bryant unleashing a might 3 on the road. Love the scowl :bow:

Interesting - a lot of Bulls doubters here. I actually like that team a lot. When/if healthy with the Booze they could do some damage in the East. I think it's foolish to think they'll get the finals, but they are going to challenge some teams for sure.

I could actually see them potentially beating us tonight. Noah may out hustle Gasol - wouldn't be the first time this year from an opposing big. Gibson is a good defender and has enough foot speed to keep up with LO. Rose is going to be a handful. Could go either way.

The more I think about it, this could be the game that convinces the Lakers to get another Big until Bynum gets back.

How exactly are the Chicago Bulls a scrub team?

They don't even Boozer back and they are only a 1.5 game behind Boston for the #1 seed in the East.

Derrick Rose/CJ Watson
Keith Bogans/Ronnie Brewer
Luol Deng/Kyle Korver
Carlos Boozer/Taj Gibson
Joakim Noah/Kurt Thomas

That is a very good team. They have the talent, but do they have the experience to win the East?

I still like Boston to make it to the Finals, but do not be shocked if it's a rematch of the 91' Finals.

well if we did play bulls I dont see it going 7. My prediction however is we beat boston in 7 again.

Okay, they aren't scrubs. But they would be one of the worst teams to get to the NBA finals. They're pretty much like the Utah Jazz last season. Boozer and Gibson would get outboxed by our big men and Kobe will school Brewer and Korver again. Also, I'm still not sold with Rose's jumpshot.

If they can outrebound the Magics or if the Celtics get old, then it's possible.

Well the Utah Jazz of the past few years were a very good team and still are a very good team.

They just ran into a horrible matchup.

Wow. Looks like a significant height difference between Gasol and Noah. If Gasol is 7-1, Noah's gotta actually be around 6-10. Look at that, there's a good 3" difference there.
