Well... this is MDA ball. We got 10 more shots than the clips and we hit the 3 at a higher rate than the 2. It's a recipe for this type of game for sure. I just hope we can find ways to win when the 3's aren't falling.

Nash and Young need to be support players not starters for this team IMHO.

Clippers will always be the little brother, they'll be better than us, more exciting, but they won't win jack, as usual. Also, Chris Webber you mad, bro?

Absolutely. I've been a harsh critic of D' Antoni since he got here. But I will definitely give credit where it's due on this. He stayed with the hot hands and it paid off. Good job!

what a game. even though it's only one game, it sure feels good beating those guys. the defeated look on doc river's face was just the cherry on top

props to dan tony for sticking with the hot hands and keeping the bench in because they definitely deserved it with the lights out ball they were playing against the clippers starters. let's hope for more of what we saw tonight!

Imagine this bench-mob with last-year's Kobe and a healthy Nash and Pau. We needed this group of supporting players last year, Mitch!

Farmar should probably be our starting point guard.

I posted this on a facebook sports page that I have with my friends, and I 'll say it here. For a team that hasn't had a first round draft pick in forever, we sure have a ton of recent first round picks on this team. Let's home some solid playing time and confidence from the coach will turn them up.

The 4th quarter D was all hustle, not scheme or talent or relying on a dominant shot blocker, just effort. Can we take that on the road?

Wow, the lakers look young, fast, athletic and can hit threes. The threes won't keep falling like tonight, but the effort tonight was better than any game last year. :jam2:

he certainly has the talent to be but I would hate to hurt our starters who want to run up and down the floor by having Nash our there with them

I'm on an early schedule, so I'm watching the game now. About to head to the fourth. I'm liking Farmar's play. Talking trash, kicking butt.
