Offensive foul was legit as Marc was clearly moving on the pick, and if the opposing coach is going to be an idiot, is that luck or just fear on their part?

Grizz got lucky all night too on the defensive end with all kinds of hacking, grabbing and pounding they did to our bigs. Down the stretch they gave up three straight whistle clean looks to Kobe. They deserved to lose.

I would appreciate it if someone who was listening to the Memphis homer feed could relay some of the idiotic things that I know were said in the closing seconds of the game. I always enjoy a good "in your face" moment.

As for the game, started off clicking well but then it turned into a "who's gonna take the shot" pass-fest. Passing with a purpose is good. Passing for the sake of passing is just as stupid as jacking up 3s four seconds into the shot clock. It leads to turnovers and wasted possessions. Ugly fast breaks (usually an area the Lakers shine in) and choke job FTs down the road didn't help either, but...having the best closer in the game will often turn a L into a W as was the case tonight. I like what Kobe did tonight though. He kept his teammates involved and stayed within the offense until it was obvious that he was going to have to go get his late in the game.
