That's a very wise game plan. So far Gasol has been unable to defend the post, and as a result the much shorter Hornets have been abusing him and getting fairly easy shots. He needs to step up his defense, but then again so does the entire team.

Seems like there's something wrong with everyone other then artest. Its the playoffs and they just don't seem pumped like somethings holding them back.

Well at least the D is solid.......

The Hornets are dominating the paint, and so far they have outrebounded the Lakers while shooting 85.7% thanks to the Lakers playing close to no defense.

Also, Chris Paul has 7 assists, and when he is allowed to run the offense with such precision that means a lot of points for the Hornets.

So far, it doesn't look good for the Lakers, and it's hard to tell if the Lakers care enough to win this game.
