Lakers always have trouble w/Lil speedy guys because our guys are just BIGS. don't understand getting outrebounded and out muscled??? I think we end it before the 4th we just need Gasol to show up, hasn't showed up all series that's why it's tied. We shouldn't have lost Game 1

Lakers win by 17. Kobe has a triple double, and Pau gets 30.

I would think Odom will have a large part in tonight's game. Gasol is still trying to get it together. He'll also have a load of opps with 24 probably limping. Let's see what he does with them.

Lakers are simply in a mental funk that is sapping their energy. I would like to see Kobe sit this one out. That would light a blow torch under the Lakers butts and kick them into gear. They would play with wreckless abandon knowing their main guy isn't available. I have no doubt they would blow the Hornets out of Staples if this happened. But no. Kobe will play and probably get hurt badly because he's spent and be out for the duration. The rest of the team will go back to their crappy play knowing their closer is on the court. Anyway, if they don't win tonight it's over...

Keeping my head up....hoping for the best.

It's an open question how we'll do given Kobe's health. One thing I do know, the guy will never quit, no matter how bleak the circumstances. Some of you fans could learn a thing or two here.

I love this team...and that won't change regardless of what happens tonight, in this series, or anytime later in the playoffs.

What is the deal I'm seeing when CP3 is at the top of the key and Laker defense bigs up there in his face? Lakers lose every time giving CP3 an assist because there is no one under the basket! This didn't happen in games 2 and 3 ... what a difference!

Alright, which Hornets team shows up? which Lakers team shows up? I feel like we've seen distinctly different showings from both squads in the 4 games so far. Will the Lakers shoot efficiently and score in the post? will the hornets have another career/historical night for someone?
