Blowout. Sorry to disappoint the doom/gloomers.

Whoops, title changed to reflect this is a home game. Also, we're not losing, we're not losing this series. I know Kobe isn't young anymore but he's just not going to let us go out in the first round.

This is a must-win game for the Lakers. We've let a team we were supposed to sweep or beat in five take us to at least six games, and that really pisses me off. Right now I have more respect for the New Orleans Hornets, and I'm being 100% serious here. I wish we'd play half as hard as they do. We'd better give this one 110% and finish them off in NO. I'm more than ready for this series to be over.

Lakers got this. Nuff said.

If there is anything they learned from the Houston and Denver matches in 2009, Phoenix last season this is where they show it. Laker win on Tuesday...close out on Thursday.

Sad that it has come to this in the first round against an opponent people predicted sweeps for. We gave them too much confidence after game 1 and now it's going to cost this team much needed rest time.

We should win this one. And then try to win it in 6, just like we did last year. I expect to see some real effort this time.

We should bring some intensity tonight and get the W and try and close out in game 6.

if we can beat the hornets then we can beat anyone. lakers hardest challege are the scrub teams.

Agreed... That is my stance too. It won't be easy as people envision. New Orleans is a scrappy bunch. Adding 24's physical woes only adds to the difficulty. This is where Gasol and Odom need to step up to warrant their own importance. Artest has been solid as has Bynum.

I have a feeling today is gonna be something similar to blowout that Thuggets did to Hornets
