Man, Nash is sucking tonight. Also, I don't even remember the last time Gasol made a shot in this game. It's been that long.

Maybe they turn it around this game, but right now Nash and Blake together are just death out there. They are a negative force multiplier together.

Keep playing Nash/Blake/Pau together MDA. They should be casted for zombies on the Walking Dead with how fast they can get around the court.

Maybe if Nash didn't hesitate every time he touched the ball he could make a rhythm shot.

Here we go, when will 'Antoni stop the Steve's experiment, it's killing us on D and bringing NOTHING on offense.

This game is over. Who do they play next? Houston? That's a loss, too. Howard and his teammates will be motivated to make MDA eat the snark he's been spewing in the wake of Howard's departure. Maybe they win at NO, but that's the second nite of a b2b so, then again, probably not.

Hate to be a pessimist but efforts like tonite's make any questions of "if they make the play-offs" fairly laughable.

I guess the game against the Warriors wasn't a total aberration, huh? Going to have to get used to this, I think.

This group with its youth and inexperience need that ONE player who has a killer instinct that will lead in hostile environments. 24 is/was that guy. Gasol and Nash aren't alphas.

Nice defense Blake. Don't even try to get in front of Ellis.

That is very true GCC. And bottom line, they are both looking pretty beat, too. Nash is just a shadow and Gasol's not exactly lighting it up this year either.

we are showing that if we do not bring the energy early in a game we don't have anyone who can put the team on his back and carry us through the lull.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

This would be my rotation:

Pau at C

Hill at PF

W. Johnson at SF

X at SG

Jordan Farmar at PG

They get the majority of the minutes

Kamen spells Pau

Kamen/Shawne spell Hill

Meeks/Young spell X

Blake and Nash combined spell Farmar

Young/Shawne spell Johnson
