That line-up made up a stagger. Keep playing them because the Steves and pau decided to take the nite off.

Hey we might not win this game but I like seeing the energy we are showing now.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

Why the hell do we immediately run and double people when they get the ball in the post? It gets them a wide open shot every time. Every single game we just run a the person in the post without any plan.

So annoying.

Aggravating as hell. Does Dallas even have an inside game?

Agreed. Is that Rambo's planning? If so it's not a good sign. Just burned us again, actually. :man10:

I like Young's energy the last few minutes, but I hate the between the legs dribble to get a shot off at the arc.

It's funny when we have to rotate on defense. I look at Pau just chillin' in the paint head turning back n' forth like he's watching a tennis match.

Over-playing the post is a relic from the pre-three point era. I wouldn't do it these days, unless the opponent had a strong inside game and suspect outside shooting. I would do it against the lakers, for example. But it's crazy to do it against team who live and die by the three, especially when their post game is nothing special. Blake is one of the bigger culprits. Time and time again you see him collapse into the key to "help" against some mediocre doofus, only to watch him scramble too late to cover a wide open sniper who promptly drills his three.

Not sure we're going to start any game that way with the two Steve's in the lineup. And I'm not trying to be cheeky or over-exaggerating. They are just horrendous as a starting backcourt.
