i can only hope all the good vibes they built up in the last few games isn't washed away in one terrible terrible home loss (assuming we lose)

Danny Green, Manu Ginobili, Gary Neal.....why is Blake in there at the 2 checking these guys?

That will F us in our A in the playoffs because teams are going to abuse that.

Here's a thought if there is an athletic 2 on the court, play Ebanks. He will give you the same offense and better defense compared to Blake.

To be fair to him, every time he does show, the perimeter guys don't recover and he's left on an island defending the opposing teams perimeter player and our small guys are left on their bigs.

His frustration with this last year led to the "man down" in the last game last year..... The second quarter today looked like what Dallas was doing to us last year.....

This is what usually happens ... a good team without his best player has a nice run for some games then comes back to earth ...

I'm positive Sessions D is worse than Fish D and that's just not an assessment just based on this game ... at least he will produce on the other end off the court .. but his (lack of) D on pick n rolls is the worst I've seen ...

I don't care about moral vicotry comebacks to make it close. Pop pulled his main guys last night and demanded a statement game from this team tonight. The Lakers are without their best player -- this is expected.

The Lakers should pull their guys after the 3rd if it is still a double digit game and get ready for tomorrow night. They need that W. Cause they aint winning in SA either. Kobe or no Kobe.

The Spurs are way way way too deep for the Lakers. the Worst Bench in the League is rearing its ugly head -- no real back up SG and Bynum not running the floor hurt too. Spurs are in tune and hot -- we are helping them steal home court from the thunder.

Sessions really needs to focus on D. Just awful.

We are missing KOBE BRYANT. We shouldn't be beating the Spurs. Calm down. If Kobe is healthy we'll still beat them.

Who is saying these things that you keep talking about? Who here is saying we don't need Kobe to win it all?

I expected the Spurs to come out very strongly in this game, not this strongly, but still, there is a reason Pop is so well regarded, he makes adjustments and his squad is refined enough to execute them. So far, the Lakers have no made the adjustment and are still basically trying to do exactly what they did last time which will work here and there, but clearly it is not working overall. 5 consecutive turnovers could not be any more revealing about which team did their homework.

Lakers offense isn't getting it done either, but for the most part, Spurs have just gotten the game to a place where they are comfortable and like operating. What worries me about this is that adjusting to your opponent is what the playoffs are all about, Lakers have been sharpening considerably as the season concludes, but It's not enough to just win serve, you have to actually stay on your toes. Not seeing that tonight.

Game isn't over. Though I don't like the score, I refuse to believe SA can take us in the Playoffs. With two giants and Kobe....

Agreed, it's not enough that it looks like one of the worst movies ever made... I may never understand how such crap gets the financing to advertise so heavily.

Well.... up one in the first quarter..... down 17 in the second.... How do we respond?.... if we are to have a chance we need to jump on them in the first 5 minutes....

Maybe if we could get a PG who plays some defense that doesn't suck. Sessions blows on defense, he's getting worse every game too. Blake is a girly shadow of the defender he once was..

Disappointing.. Westbrook will eat this team alive in the playoffs.
