
EL SEGUNDO – Lakers guard Steve Blake underwent an ultrasound exam earlier today by Dr. Steven Yoon; results of the test showed a minor abdominal strain. Blake will not play in tomorrow night’s game against the San Antonio Spurs and his status beyond that will be day-to- day.

Can we actually do it? Maybe, if the Spurs help us by not shooting well. But I am not going to be mad if we lose. I think the odds are against us this time.

The odds are certainly not in our favor which is why I won't be too upset if lose this game, but I would still like it to be somewhat close and not a blowout by the Spurs. With that said, I still think we have a chance to win especially playing at home. Also, a win here might really spark something in these guys and with a new head coach on his way and Nash returning hopefully within a week we may be able to get on a run.
