Going to be a great game. If we go 5-1 on this road trip, that would be just amazing.

WOW who would have thought we come in with a 6-2 record this month and 4-1 on this TOUGH road trip. You see Dallas, Chicago, Milwaukee playing great and all lost to us at home :man4:
Memphis has outplayed us really bad the last 4 games and Kobe has been terrible during those games. I really hope we bounce back: You can see we play with clearly more confidence and we seem to feel much more comfortable offensively. Just the defense has to tighten things up but the fine tuning will come with time. :jam2:
Lets burn Gasol :boxing1:

memphis really killed us last game. They play really good defense. Hopefully Kwame can step up again. Kwame needs to limit Gasol again. Battier somehow always plays really good against us. Hes the deciding factor. We cant be out hustled by him again.

It's the Lakers 7th game of the season having just lost 2 on the road at Minnesota and Philly. They arrive in Memphis and were promptly blown out in the 3rd quarter by 26 points. As it turns this game was the Lakers worst. Kobe 7-18, Parker 2-5, Kwame 3-14, Odom 3-8, Mihm 4-10 and Cook 2-7. They scored 73 points on .325 shooting.

I think this Laker team is a much better team than they showed on that dismal day. Yes, they do struggle against this very good defensive team, but I have faith they will play much better than last time. Lakers 91-85.

Any team with Kobe Bryant can win any game on a given night.

Lakers played Dallas tough last year, too. This is a team they can beat with some regularity. A great game.

Sorry I didn't get a preview up for last game...I had finals. That's all finished now so I'll be able to get one up tonight. Can LA move to 2 games over .500?

Yes, we played terrible last time we played this team. With our play on this road trip, there's not a doubt in my mind we will compete with this team.

Also, I believe once the Lakers get 2 games over .500, they will begin another win streak..

This game is going to be tough for us. But I still say Lakers will pull it off, but not by much. I'm predicting a 7 point win down the stretch. Kwame has another amazing night with 14 pts, 6 boards. GO LAKESHOW!!

Kwame will have 21 pts, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in 32 minutes....Lakers will come out strong and win this in OT 97-94....i like our confidence right now...Kobe seems to be getting his shot back...Lamar is gonna give us 15-10-5 every night it seems....and i think the key is CONTAINING guys like EDDIE JONES, Damon Stoudamire, Bobby Jackson, Mike Miller, and Shane Battier....cuz Gasol is gonna get his against us...lets hope Kwame can contain Gasol and MAKE Gasol play some D on the other end...cuz i find that why PF's on opposing teams always kill us is bcuz we dontmake those PF's play D on the other end! Kwame would murder Gasol if he wanted to

fab four i like were youre heads at

but if kwame has a 22 8 and 4 night and odom has a 15 10 and 5 night we wont need over timethats 37 plus a lot of second chances or possesions and you havent brought in kobe numbers yet

in that scenerio imho lakers win 96 - 85

im just hoping for

15 7 3 kwame

19 10 odom

+.500% shooting for #8

but ill take any numbers for a

"W"

Realistically, I don't think we will win this game, but I hope I am proven wrong. We don't match up well at all. It's like this team is designed to beat us. We get blown out by 20-30 every single time we plan them it seems like. :bang: Well, I hope we just play good D, and "execute" our offense to a T.

It won't be a high-scoring game, I acan guarantee that much. So, in order for us to win, we have to hit our open shots, and we have to play really good D.

Here's to an improbable Lakers win!!!
