You never know what you are going to get from Artest. He's like a box of chocolate like Forrest Gump... I'd rather have someone who is consistent all the time no matter at what level of offense... :man3:

we must be watching different games.....He played pretty good off the ball....currently that's his only choice

I'm watching the one where he's getting out hustled and out rebounded by people a head shorter and fifty pounds less.

By Kobe's or Ron's or Fisher's man......Bynum's man has been on his back

Blazers could probably win without the refs help. It's obvious the bookies got into this somehow :man2:

Fisher & Blake need to be more aggressive offensively...

They've contributed nothing.

Pathetic first half... despite a rigged game and refs on the take... still not enough hustle by Lakers... the frustrating part is they will continue to shoot overf 50% for the rest of the game because they got their heads together and we don't... :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang:

You're probably right. Only three rebounding opportunities for a Center who played 18 minutes and he grabbed every one. My mistake.

He was trying to release it before the 3 seconds were up. Came up too weak.

Down 6, refs clearly favoring the opposition; this is going to be a really though game to win.

regarding Bynum:

Usually younger players aren't nearly as good on the road as they are at home. That's why younger teams like the Clipps are awful on the road, and decent at home. On top of that, bigs usually don't have the legs for back to back. Shaq used to be terrible on the 2nd night of a back to back near the end. He just didn't move the same. Bynum is the same. I don't expect Pau or Drew to be active tonight. The guards will have to create for them.

Blake, Fisher, and Shannon need to take open shots or attack the basket and dish.

Both of those were at home. This is in Portland, where the Lakers have always struggled for whatever reason (the Blazers and their fans treat it like a Finals game, the Lakers play badly there, and the refs make calls against us).

Best moment from the 1st half was Joel Pryzbilla airballing a free throw. :man10:

Odom has been in a funk the last few games.....no rebounds, 3 fouls and no energy. Kobe's legs aren't there and Bynum seems slower than last night as well.
